SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for orders to be processed. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive the tracking information within a 5-7 business day, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay! We use Bpost as our shipping partners, in Belgium this means next day delivery after receiving your track code. 

International

International customers may choose from a range of shipping options and DHL EXPRESS. International packages are estimated to take 5-20 business days after receiving your tracking code. However, faster options are available. See checkout for a full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance.

Taktikal Fitness is never responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Taktikal Fitness and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

Taktikal Fitness items carry a 15 days warranty on all material and workmanship by default. Starting from the day of purchase.

Note that we do not cover damaged material created by accident, abuse, or negligence.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.
