How can an item be returned?

Please email us at info@taktikalfitness.com  providing us with details of your exchange or refund request.  We will send you a return address.  As soon as we receive the item back, we will immediately process your exchange or refund.

I want to exchange an item but it is out of stock, does this mean I have to wait for an exchange? 

Possibly, due to high demand, we can on occasions be out of stock for some items. If this happens, we are happy to exchange for an alternative item or will let you know as soon as the item in question is back in stock.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Please wait until the timeframe stated on our shipping page has passed, and if your order has still not arrived by then, email us at info@taktikalfitness.com.

I put the wrong shipping address when I ordered. How can I change this?

You can email us at info@taktikalfitness.com so we can amend this for you.

How do I become a sponsored athlete?

We are always on the lookout for sponsorships with both male and female military operators and fitness models. You can contact us for discussions via info@taktikalfitness.com
